The service
RH360 provides applicant tracking, recruitment collaboration and AI-assisted evaluation tools. Features may evolve, and some integrations or communications require a customer to configure a third-party provider.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for its members, permissions and workspace configuration.
Acceptable use
You must not use RH360 unlawfully; discriminate unlawfully; upload malicious content; probe or bypass security; access another organization's data; scrape the service; or interfere with its availability. You must have the right to submit any information you upload.
Customer and candidate data
Customers control the recruitment data they place in their workspace and remain responsible for their notices, permissions, retention choices and lawful use. RH360 processes that data to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy.
AI-assisted features
AI features can contain errors or incomplete conclusions. They assist triage and comparison; they do not make employment decisions. You must review the source evidence, avoid unlawful discrimination and keep a qualified human responsible for every decision.
Plans and payment
Features and limits depend on the selected plan. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms shown at purchase or in an order form form part of the agreement. The free plan does not require a payment card unless clearly stated otherwise.
Availability and support
We work to keep RH360 available and secure, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or events outside our control. Any specific support, uptime or service-level commitment must be stated in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property and open source
RH360 includes software licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3. The public source offer remains available from the site footer. These terms do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using RH360 at any time. Access may be suspended or ended for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or unpaid fees, with notice when reasonably possible. Data export and deletion are handled according to the applicable plan, agreement and privacy obligations.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent allowed by applicable law, RH360 is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing. RH360 is not responsible for employment decisions, customer content or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects an active paid service, we will provide reasonable notice through an appropriate channel.
